PCC Directory of Mail Service Providers

Do you want national exposure for your company for next to nothing? Would you like your company information listed on a website that gets more than 2.7 million hits per day? If your answer is “yes,” then you’ll be interested in the PCC Directory of Mail Service Providers.

What is the directory of Mail Service Providers?

It is a portion of www.usps.com that is dedicated to connecting new and existing customers to mail-related services that are provided by PCC members.

Who is in the initial launch group?

The Los Angeles, Providence, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Portland, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Miami, and Baltimore PCCs.

There are six categories in which a PCC Mail Service Provider can be listed:

  1. Mail Preparation
  2. Mail List Provider
  3. Mail Printing
  4. Mailing Support
  5. Mailing Supplies
  6. Mailing Equipment
This is a great opportunity to get some highly targeted exposure on a website that has one of the strongest brand identities in the world and for only $100 a year! That’s just $8.33 a month. You can’t afford not to be involved

Eligibility:

  • You must be a participating member of the PCC.
  • You cannot be a Postal Service competitor.
  • You cannot be a non-mail service related business.
  • Directory members must maintain a dedicated Directory of Mail Service Providers landing page (see below for specifics).
  • Your PCC Postal Co-Chair is responsible for determining if your business provides mailing-related services or not.
  • Directory members pay a $100 annual fee to participate, and 80 to 90 percent of that goes toward your local PCC group treasury to support future educational and outreach programs.

What you need to provide if you fit into one of the categories above:

  • Name of business.
  • Brief description of mail service provided (15 words or less).
  • Contact name.
  • Category in which you would like to be listed.
  • Web URL dedicated landing page. This is a page that the contact will land on from the USPS site. It is required to be inclusive of the following:
    • Information that states the user has reached a participating member of the PCC Directory of Mail Service Providers.
    • Contact information and encouragement toward potentially new PCC members to attend future PCC meetings and join.
  • You should then have a link that will lead the user to your main site.
